A comfortable Alpine base

The Duplex combines traditional chalet character with plenty of space for families and groups. The main living level has an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, creating a sociable space to cook, eat and relax after a day around Lake Annecy or in the mountains.

Two private terraces provide outdoor space exclusively for Duplex guests, with additional access to the shared garden.

Sleeping arrangements

Mezzanine bedroom
An open mezzanine above the living area with two single beds. As the mezzanine is open to the living room below, it is best suited to children, friends or guests who do not require a completely enclosed bedroom.

Double bedroom 1
A separate bedroom with one double bed.

Double bedroom 2
A separate bedroom with one double bed.

Bathroom

The Duplex has one bathroom shared between all guests, with a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine.

Outdoor space

Guests have exclusive use of two terraces belonging to the Duplex. There is also a larger garden shared with the Apartment.
