Minimum stay: 2 nights

On departure, please lock the property and return the key to the key safe.

There is no additional cleaning fee. We simply ask that you leave the accommodation tidy when you leave.

Pets

Pets are welcome at no additional charge.

Duplex: Up to 2 dogs
Apartment: Up to 1 dog

We ask that owners are considerate of the shared garden and clean up after their pets.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside either property. Guests are welcome to smoke outside.

Parties & events

Parties and events are not permitted at Le Riou Chalet. We ask guests to respect the peaceful setting and our neighbours.

Parking & access

Private parking is available at the property.

Le Riou Chalet is reached by a mountain road above Faverges-Seythenex. In winter, suitable winter tyres are essential and snow chains may occasionally be required depending on conditions.

Rubbish & recycling

Before departure, please take your rubbish and recycling to the local collection point.

Before you leave

We would appreciate it if you could:

• Leave the accommodation clean and tidy

• Take all rubbish and recycling to the collection point

• Place used towels on the bathroom floor or in the shower so we know which have been used

• Check windows and doors are closed

• Lock the property

• Return the key to the key safe

Extra information

Damage deposit

A €500 damage deposit is required for each stay.

Tourist tax

Tourist tax is charged separately where applicable.
